Work At A Polling Station In Cyprus’ 2026 Parliamentary Elections

Who can apply, how to submit interest and the deadline for participation in the upcoming May elections

The Ministry of Interior has announced that, starting today, 16 March 2026, public servants, unemployed graduates, as well as employees of public law organisations and the private sector can submit expressions of interest to work at polling stations during the 2026 Parliamentary Elections, scheduled for Sunday, 24 May 2026.

Applications can be submitted through the official platform: aps.elections.moi.gov.cy.

The deadline for submitting an expression of interest is midnight on Monday, 6 April 2026.

According to the Ministry, applications can only be submitted through the above website. As in previous elections, priority will be given to unemployed graduates who are registered as unemployed with the Department of Labour of the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance.
