Modus Vivendi Holidays, a family-run hospitality business in the heart of rural Cyprus, is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a special birthday event on Sunday, 21 September. The celebration will take place at Modus Vivendi Holidays in Psematismenos, from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, and is open to the public.

Founded in 2005, Modus Vivendi Holidays began as a personal project by Yiannos and Christana Anastassiou, who sought to share the beauty and quiet charm of Psematismenos village with visitors from around the world. Over the past two decades, their vision has grown into a hospitality business known for its authentic design, warm atmosphere, and strong ties to the local community.

To mark this milestone, guests are invited to an evening featuring a curated selection of food, drinks, and music. Cocktails will be served by Boozy Wheels, and tacos will be prepared by guest chef Shaden Mroue El-Bacha. Music will be provided by Coral Bay, with a special live performance by MARCU at 8:00pm.

The evening promises to capture the spirit that has defined Modus Vivendi Holidays over the past 20 years — a celebration of community, hospitality, and a deep appreciation for Cyprus’s cultural and natural heritage. All are warmly invited to join in the festivities and share in this special occasion.
