President of the Republic Nikos Christodoulides met today with Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa at the Royal Palace in Manama, as part of his official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain, carried out at the King’s invitation.

I recognise the wise and visionary leadership of His Majesty, which has established the Kingdom of Bahrain as a beacon of regional and international cooperation, as well as interfaith dialogue and peaceful coexistence.
I feel greatly honoured by the warm welcome at Qudaibiya Palace on the occasion of my official visit and by our renewed shared commitment to promote and upgrade our bilateral relations.
I wish His Majesty a long and prosperous reign and the people of the Kingdom of Bahrain continued peace, prosperity and success.
May the friendship between our two countries endure.”
