The Future Skills Hub of European University Cyprus (EUC) is proud to announce its strategic partnership with Mastery Experience for the implementation of the innovative program titled "Level UP – Mastery Experience Growth & Supervision Lab: Career Counselors’ Supervision and Professional Development Program."
The program is an advanced professional supervision and skills development initiative, specifically designed for career counselors, psychologists, educators, social workers, and professionals in the fields of Counseling and Guidance (C&G).
In a constantly changing social and professional environment, systematic, scientifically grounded supervision is a prerequisite for ensuring the quality of services provided and enhancing counseling judgment. The program bridges theory with real counseling practice, based on the established Socio-Cognitive Model of Career Counselors’ Training & Supervision.
Program Structure & Innovation
- Duration & Format: 12 online sessions (19 hours total) distributed over 4 months.
- First Cycle Start Date: November 11, 2026.
- Group Supervision: 10 experiential sessions focused on case study analysis, handling complex cases, modern challenges, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in counseling practice.
