More than three months since their initial 'arrest' in the occupied territories and several developments in their case, the 'trial' of five Greek-Cypriot refugees continues and today they were expected to appear before a 'military court' in occupied Nicosia.

They face 'charges' of 'illegal entry' to the occupied areas and entering a 'military zone'.

During the previous 'hearing', the 'prosecution' requested a postponement, asking for additional time to prepare.

Nicosia has made a number of representations to international fora on the illegal detention of the Greek-Cypriots who were 'arrested' in the occupied Trikomo area, near their property.
