A pre-litigation notice demanding the deletion and cessation of social media posts concerning their client, Philippa Karsera, was sent by the law firm A. & A. K. Aimilianidis, K. Katsaros & Associates D.E.P.E. to Nicoletta Tsikini.

“Through this notice, the immediate cessation of similar posts and deletion of existing ones is requested, to avoid further legal action,” state the lawyers of the First Lady.

According to CNA, in a statement, the law firm said that on behalf of Ms. Karsera, it sent “a pre-litigation notice, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Procedure, to Nicoletta Tsikini regarding posts she made on a social media platform on various dates, which are considered unfounded, harmful, and defamatory, exceeding any limits of acceptable public expression against Ms. Karsera, and are not considered protected by the right to freedom of expression under case law.”

“The notice requests the immediate cessation of similar posts and deletion of existing ones, to avoid further legal measures,” the statement adds.
