Mostly settled spring weather is expected across Cyprus in the coming days, with only isolated showers likely in mountainous areas and temperatures holding close to normal levels for the season.
A weak low-pressure system continues to affect the region.
On Tuesday, conditions will be largely clear, though clouds are expected to develop in the afternoon, particularly over higher ground, where isolated showers cannot be ruled out. Winds will initially be light and variable at around 3 Beaufort, later turning south-westerly to north-westerly at 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be slight. Temperatures will reach around 25°C inland, 23°C along the south and east coasts, 21°C on the west and north coasts, and 15°C in the higher mountains.
Overnight, the weather will remain mostly clear, with intervals of low cloud. Patchy mist or fog may form towards dawn, mainly inland and in eastern areas. Winds will be light north-westerly to north-easterly at around 3 Beaufort, while the sea will be calm to slight. Temperatures will drop to 12°C inland, 13°C along the coast, and 6°C in the mountains.
Outlook for the following days

By Friday, periods of increased mid and high cloud are expected, with a chance of isolated rain. Light dust will begin to appear in the atmosphere.
Temperatures throughout the three-day period are not expected to change significantly, remaining close to seasonal averages.
