The competition is open and free to all adults who are citizens of European Union member states.
Participants are invited to submit two interconnected photographs that creatively capture the concepts of connection, contrast and the ‘in-between’ space.
A total of 27 winners will be selected – one from each country – followed by the selection of three final winners at European level.
The selected works will be exhibited at a venue to be announced, with prizes also awarded.
