Our recent visit to Sentio in Nicosia was an experience we will remember for a long time. The restaurant, created by Andreas Yiangoulla together with his partners Dimitris Stavridis, Michalis Constantinou and Lefteris Gougousis, has managed to stand out on the capital’s gastronomic scene for its refined aesthetic, warm atmosphere and excellent food.

Sentio Restaurant is located at 48 Stasikratous Street, Nicosia, in an elegant and inviting space that blends minimal design with understated luxury. It is ideal for a romantic date or a relaxed catch up with friends, the perfect setting for a beautiful evening any day of the week.

As for the food? It thrilled us.

From the dishes we tried, we loved the ntakos burrata, the ceviche, the beef tartare tacos and the lobster tacos (the newest addition to the menu, which won us over from the very first bite). The magical mushroom risotto was rich and velvety, while the shrimp giouvetsi combined comfort and finesse effortlessly.

The wagyu skewers were juicy and full of flavour, competing for first place with the beef tartare tacos, while the sirloin steak rounded off our meal in the most satisfying way.

And of course, dessert.

We tried a dessert made with anari, unique and very tasty, distinguished by its delicate and balanced flavour. But it was the Basque cheesecake that truly stole the show, with its caramelised top, velvety texture and elegant taste, the perfect finale to a wonderful evening.

Sentio is not just a restaurant, it is an experience that blends flavour, atmosphere and creativity. Whether you are looking for the ideal place for a date or a lovely spot to share food and moments with friends, it is certainly a destination worth visiting, and returning to again.
