The livestock farmers appear to have received information that culling of animals (in the infected unit) and new sampling in various units are to follow, and have gathered in order not to allow anyone to approach the units. However, the further handling remains unknown, while there is concern that delays in decision-making may worsen the epidemiological situation in the area.
From the side of the veterinary services, it appears that nothing has been scheduled, while it is also noted the intention of veterinarians not to become further involved without the presence and escort of police, especially in such a climate.
