The President is briefing the political leadership on developments in the Cyprus issue, following yesterday’s meeting with Turkish Cypriot leader Tufan Erhürman.
Attending the meeting are Government Spokesperson Konstantinos Letymbiotis, Deputy Minister to the President Irene Piki, Deputy Minister for European Affairs Marilena Raouna, National Security Adviser Tasos Tzionis, Greek Cypriot negotiator Menelaos Menelaou, DISY President Annita Demetriou, AKEL General Secretary Stefanos Stefanou, DIKO President Nicolas Papadopoulos, EDEK President Nikos Anastasiou, DI.PA President Marios Karoyian, President of the Ecologists’ Movement – Citizens’ Cooperation Stavros Papadouris, and, on behalf of ELAM, Sotiris Ioannou.
Also present are Deputy Government Spokesperson Yiannis Antoniou, Director of the Diplomatic Office of the President Doros Venezi, and Director of the President’s Press Office Victor Papadopoulos.
