The move follows a fatal road crash in Romania’s Timiș county.
Seven Greek citizens were killed. Three others were injured and remain in hospital.
Romania’s Health Minister Alexandru Rogobete said on Wednesday morning that he is in direct and continuous contact with his Greek counterpart. He said coordination is ongoing because all those involved are Greek nationals.
The minister confirmed that the crash resulted in ten victims in total.
Seven people died at the scene. Three men, aged 20, 20 and 28, were injured.
All three injured men were taken to the Pius Brînzeu County Emergency Hospital in Timișoara.

Mr Rogobete expressed condolences to the families of the victims and to all those affected.
