Popi Christoforou, the mother of twin brothers Christos and Miltos Christoforou, who were killed in the deadly explosion at Mari on 11 July 2011, has died after a battle with cancer.
Christoforou died on Sunday afternoon, having endured another deeply difficult period in her life after already suffering the loss of her two sons in one of Cyprus’ worst tragedies.
