Israeli President Isaac Herzog arrived at the Presidential Palace in Nicosia on Thursday morning for a working visit to Cyprus.
Herzog, who arrived at around 11:30am, was welcomed by President Nikos Christodoulides before the two leaders began their meeting.
The presidents are scheduled to hold private talks, followed by a working lunch.
The visit forms part of ongoing contacts between Cyprus and Israel and is expected to focus on bilateral relations and areas of cooperation between the two countries.
