The community of Timi in Paphos is gripped by concern following the disappearance of 41-year-old Kyriaki Koutsavaki, a local resident and mother of three minor children.

According to Timi Deputy Mayor Giorgos Polykarpou, the community council has been in continuous contact with the competent authorities since the first moment the case was reported. He urged anyone with information to contact the police immediately.

Police have launched extensive searches in the area. Patrol units, coastal police vessels and aerial means are participating in the operation. The 41-year-old’s vehicle was located in the early hours of the morning, abandoned at Timi beach, a development that has intensified fears about her fate.

Search efforts are focused on the wider area of Timi, Kouklia, Mandria and Achelia, with the assistance of a helicopter from the Paphos Airport Operations Unit.

Polykarpou expressed the solidarity of the local community with the family, voicing hope for a swift and positive outcome.

Authorities are appealing to the public for assistance, stressing that any information, however insignificant it may seem, could prove crucial in locating her.
