CySEC Issues New Warning Over Five Unauthorised Entities

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission urges investors to verify licensed firms before engaging with investment service providers.

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has issued a new warning to the investing public regarding unauthorised entities offering investment services.

CySEC informed investors that the following websites do not belong to entities that hold a licence to provide investment services or carry out investment activities, as required under Article 5 of Law N.87(I)/2017:

• titanledger.io

• connectfinancials.com

• meridian-experts.com

• finxara.com

• getleveraged.com

CySEC urges the investing public, before cooperating with investment service providers, to consult its official website (www.cysec.gov.cy) in order to verify which entities are authorised to provide investment services and/or conduct investment activities.
