In footage obtained by politis.com.cy, a man is seen getting out of his vehicle on Theklas Lysioti Street, where the bollards had been placed to separate traffic from the cycle lane. He then begins removing them by hand and throwing them to the side of the road.

The bollards have triggered strong reactions in the city in recent days, with residents and drivers raising objections over their placement and the impact on traffic movement in the area.
