Four officials have been removed from the Council of Ministers: Giorgos Papanastasiou, Marios Hartsiotis, Giannis Panayiotou, and Marilena Evaggelou.
Cyprus President Nikos Christodoulides, proceeded with a mini cabinet reshuffle, appointing DIKO MP Marinos Moushiouttas as Minister of Labour, Clea Hadjistephanou-Papaellina as Deputy Minister of Welfare, Konstantinos Fytiris as Minister of Justice, and Neofytos Charalambidis as Minister of Health.
The President also decided to transfer Michalis Damianou from the Ministry of Health to the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry.
Marios Hartsiotis has been removed from the Council of Ministers and appointed Commissioner of the Presidency. Also removed are Labour Minister Giannis Panayiotou, Energy Minister Giorgos Papanastasiou, and Deputy Minister of Social Welfare Marilena Evaggelou.

The swearing-in and assumption of duties of the new ministers and government officials will take place on Monday, 8 December 2025.
