If you set aside what is happening on our own domestic front, the rest of the world appears to be on a path of deregulation and a spectacular somersault into uncertainty. I have said before that I spend no more than 45-50 minutes a day on social media – except in exceptional cases, when I come across a text that is genuinely worth reading (yes, they do exist) and take the time to examine its wider implications.
What I came across today, however, honestly made me think that if even one in a million of this turns out to be true, then we should start preparing to relocate to other planets. Read the first “great” bullet point and take a deep breath. Salvation is coming from very far away, and it is… heaven‑sent. I am also publishing the relevant photo. Try to work out what connection the second text has with the third.

Of course, there are countless other examples, but as we said – no more than 45 to 50 minutes a day.
• Extraordinary news has reached us from distant Uganda. Out of nowhere, the country’s army chief, Muhoozi Kainerugaba, threatened on Good Friday, 10 April 2026, that he would personally lead a force of 100,000 troops to protect Israel. Kainerugaba did not stop there. He described Turkey as a problem in the Middle East and said that Uganda, as a Christian country, must protect the land of Jesus Christ. Escalation in the US-Iran war is now unbelievable, and all our correspondents are reportedly awaiting the next move by this sub‑Saharan country.
• The United States is preparing to send thousands of additional troops to the Middle East in the coming days, as the Trump administration seeks to pressure Iran into reaching an agreement, the Washington Post reported, citing US officials familiar with the matter. At the same time, officials are considering the possibility of further strikes or ground operations if the ceasefire is not upheld, according to American sources.
• The war with Iran is “close to the end”. Both President Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance have spoken of new talks with Tehran and have effectively signalled an agreement. Expressing optimism about the course of negotiations between the United States and Iran, Trump and Vance said Washington is seeking a comprehensive deal that would end Tehran’s nuclear programme and open the way for economic cooperation. Going one step further, Donald Trump said the war with Iran is “close to the end”, according to excerpts from an upcoming interview he gave to Fox News.
