The journey forms part of events marking 30 years since the killings of Tassos Isaac and Solomos Solomou.

A commemorative motorcycle mission will begin in Rhodes on 12 July before continuing to Kastellorizo. Around 50 Cypriot motorcyclists will take part in the journey, which carries historical and symbolic significance.

Rhodes to host first stop

The president of the Association of Cypriots in Rhodes, Giorgos Symeonidis, announced the programme, confirming that Rhodes will be the mission’s first destination.

The group will then travel to the remote island of Kastellorizo.

Marking 30 years since the killings

The initiative is part of commemorative events marking 30 years since the killings of Tassos Isaac and Solomos Solomou.

Organisers said the mission aims to preserve historical memory while strengthening ties between Cyprus and the Dodecanese islands.
