As search efforts continue for those missing following the sinking of the FİLO JET off the coast of Kyrenia, relatives have begun publicly sharing the names and photographs of loved ones in the hope of obtaining information about their whereabouts.
No official consolidated list of the 18 missing passengers has yet been released by the authorities. However, several Turkish Cypriot media outlets, particularly Haber Kıbrıs, have published appeals from families seeking information about passengers who remained unaccounted for late on Sunday.
Children among the missing
Among those named are siblings:
- Saliha Miray Biçer, 14.
- Mehmet Asaf Biçer, 6.
According to Haber Kıbrıs, family members have appealed for anyone with information about the two children to contact either the family or the relevant authorities.

- Süleyman Erdoğan
- Özgür Gönül
- Mehmet Nuri Ayran

According to Kıbrıslı Gazetesi, Nisa Nur Törer, aged 13 or 14, is missing together with her father, Ferdi Törer, 43.
Two brothers also missing
Turkish media have additionally reported that brothers:
- Mustafa Demir, 33
- Mahmut Demir, 28
from Reyhanlı, Hatay province, are among those still being sought.
Their relatives continue to await information about their fate.
