Government officials, public bodies, professional associations and property companies will gather in Nicosia on Wednesday, 16 September, for Cyprus Property Show ’26.
The conference will run from 10am to 2pm at the Cleopatra Hotel, focusing on the current state of Cyprus’ property market and its future prospects.
The event is organised by FMW Financial Media Way, a company specialising in communications, publicity, publishing, advertising and conferences.
Interior minister to deliver keynote address
Interior Minister Constantinos Ioannou will be the conference’s keynote speaker.
Other invited speakers include:
- Neoclis Neocleous, Director of the Department of Lands and Surveys
- Kyriakos Koundouros, Director of the Department of Town Planning and Housing
- Marinos Kineyirou, President of the Real Estate Agents Registration Council of Cyprus

The speakers are expected to outline their positions and assess both the current market landscape and its outlook.

The conference will seek to address the main questions facing those interested in the property market, including:
