Diesel Breaks the €2 Barrier as Price Reaches New Record High in Cyprus

A petrol station in Limassol sold diesel at €2.126 a litre on Wednesday, the highest price on record in Cyprus. The island-wide average for diesel stood at €2.024 a litre, according to data from the Price Observatory of the Consumer Protection Service, processed by CNA.

The lowest diesel price was €1.939 a litre, recorded at a petrol station in Famagusta district. The highest, €2.126, was recorded in Limassol, and the island-wide average was €2.024.

Unleaded 95

The highest price for unleaded 95 was €1.819 a litre in Paphos district. The lowest was €1.669 in Famagusta district. The average price was €1.752.

Unleaded 98

For unleaded 98, the highest price was €1.999 a litre, also in Paphos district. The lowest was €1.738 in Nicosia. The island-wide average was €1.807.
