A vehicle caught fire while in motion on the Nicosia–Larnaca motorway, forcing the closure of one traffic lane near Lympia and prompting a police warning to drivers.
A fire broke out in a moving vehicle on the Nicosia–Larnaca motorway at midday on Tuesday.
According to a Police announcement, the left traffic lane was closed in the area of Lympia.
Drivers are urged to exercise particular caution and to comply with the instructions of police officers on duty.
