A 25-year-old woman was arrested on Tuesday in connection with the investigation into a robbery targeting a food delivery driver in Limassol, according to the Cyprus Police.

Police said the woman was arrested under a court warrant as part of an ongoing investigation following a complaint filed by a 24-year-old delivery driver. The incident reportedly took place on the evening of January 12, 2026, while the driver was delivering a food order in the Erimi area.

According to the complaint, an individual signalled the driver to stop in order to collect the order. The suspect then allegedly pushed him and managed to take a sum of money. At the same time, four other individuals reportedly approached the driver and took possession of the food order.

All five suspects then fled the scene in an unknown direction.

The investigation is being handled by the Episkopi Police Station, while efforts to locate and arrest the remaining individuals involved are continuing.
