A 17-year-old motorcyclist died on Tuesday morning from injuries sustained in a road collision in Limassol, police said.
According to a police statement, the teenager, a Romanian national, succumbed to his injuries at a private hospital in Limassol, where he had been receiving treatment.
The teenager had been hospitalised following a serious road collision that occurred in Limassol on Sunday.
Police said the collision happened when, under circumstances that remain under investigation, the motorcycle ridden by the 17-year-old collided with a car driven by a 37-year-old man.
The Limassol traffic police are continuing their investigation.
