The Municipality of Lakatamia has announced the operation of three service centres to assist and protect residents during periods of extreme heat.
The cooling centres are located at:
Lakatamia Multipurpose Centre, 48 Aegean Street

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm
Tseri Elderly Care and Support Centre, 10 Bouboulinas Street

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
Lakatamia Town Hall Café, 11 1st April Street
Tel: 22364000
Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm
The arrangement will remain in place on all days during which heatwave conditions prevail.
