On the occasion of World Music Day, the Presidential Residence in Troodos will host a special music evening featuring performers Giannis Dionysiou and Giannis Papageorgiou.

The event, titled Troodos in Concert, will take place on Friday, 19 June 2026 at 20:30, in the gardens of the Presidential Residence, which will once again open its doors to the public.

The concert is held under the auspices of the First Lady of the Republic of Cyprus, Philippa Karsera Christodoulides, as part of her initiatives to support mountain communities through cultural, social and entrepreneurial events with a charitable dimension.

The event is also part of efforts to promote landmark buildings and sites of cultural and historical significance in Cyprus to both local audiences and visitors from abroad.

Giannis Dionysiou and Giannis Papageorgiou will present songs from their recent joint album Lakkouva, along with a programme of well-known selections from the Greek repertoire and their personal discography.

The event is organised by the Office of the Commissioner for the Development of Mountain Communities, the Troodos Mountain Communities Cultural Foundation and the Press and Information Office. The exclusive sponsor is EKO.

Entry is permitted only for persons aged 16 and over, with ID required at the entrance.

For convenience, attendees are advised to use the parking area at the Troodos Environmental Centre, where free shuttle buses will be provided to the Presidential Residence.

Ticket holders are advised to arrive at the parking area by 19:45 at the latest. Shuttle buses will operate from 18:30.

The initiative aims to establish Troodos as a destination for high-quality cultural events, boost visits to mountain communities and support the local economy through activities that combine culture and social contribution.

All proceeds will be donated to the Community of Saint Luke the Healer.

Tickets cost €20 and are available through Ticket Master Cyprus.
