Turkish Cypriot leader Tufan Erhürman will travel to New York on Wednesday, 23 September, for meetings focused on the Cyprus issue, including talks with UN Secretary-General António Guterres and his Personal Envoy María Ángela Holguín.
According to Yeni Düzen and Kıbrıs Postası, Erhürman will meet Holguín on Thursday, 24 September.
Guterres meeting on Saturday
Erhürman is scheduled to meet Guterres on Saturday, 26 September, as diplomatic contacts surrounding the Cyprus issue continue on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.
The times of his meetings with Holguín and Guterres have not yet been announced.
Erhürman is expected to return to the north on Sunday, 27 September, at around 8pm.
