Christodoulides to Brief DIPA, EDEK and Greens on Cyprus Issue

The president will update three parties no longer represented on the National Council on the latest Cyprus developments.

President Nikos Christodoulides will today brief the leaderships of DIPA, EDEK and the Movement of Ecologists-Citizens’ Cooperation on the latest developments concerning the Cyprus issue.

The three parties no longer participate in the National Council, as they do not have parliamentary representation.

According to the president’s schedule, the meeting will take place at 12.30pm.

Christodoulides will receive DIPA president Marios Garoyian, EDEK president Sofia Christodoulou Makri, as well as Katerina Hadjistylli and Loukas Stylianou, vice-presidents of the Movement of Ecologists-Citizens’ Cooperation.

On 30 September, Christodoulides briefed members of the National Council on developments regarding the Cyprus issue following his contacts in New York.
