A 35-year-old man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison by the Paphos Permanent Criminal Court after being convicted in an attempted murder case.
The offence was committed in Paphos district on 14 April 2025.
According to the facts of the case, two women, aged 33 and 24, were working at a pharmacy that morning when they were attacked by the 35-year-old.
Both women were injured. The 33-year-old was admitted to Paphos General Hospital, while the 24-year-old also visited the hospital, received treatment and was discharged later the same day.
The case was investigated by the Paphos CID.
