An incident that occurred on Monday evening at Larnaca Airport is under investigation, after a woman considered an undesirable person in Israel boarded a flight to the country.
According to police sources cited by CNA, the woman, who is of Georgian origin, had secured a ticket for the flight on Monday evening, October 4.
She completed the ticket check-in procedure normally and then passed through the control of the Republic of Cyprus. It was noted that there is nothing against her in the Republic of Cyprus, although she appears to be an undesirable person in Israel.
During the final stage, namely boarding, which is checked by airline employees, the woman allegedly deliberately evaded the check and entered the aircraft.
